In-fill redevelopment of a 30,000 square foot Medical Office building in downtown Catonsville, a suburb located in Baltimore County.  The site of a 1950’s A&P grocery store, had surpassed its useful life.  With an identified end-user, the site was acquired, rezoned and approved for a complicated shared parking arrangement paving the way for an incredible home for a top local orthopedic practice.
